I’m trying to run a migrate job and it keeps failing. The recent task history says “Policy ‘migrate to azure’ unable to continue: Migration is not supported by Source agent: POLICY REMOVED.”
How do I fix this?
It sounds like you might have the agent installed in gateway mode on your fileserver. Try uninstalling the agent and reinstalling it by selecting the ‘Fileserver Agent for migration’ option in the installer.
